A soft tissue case is a derogatory term that insurance companies use for cases where there’s no damage to the bones or hard parts of the human body. For example, whiplash is generally the stretching of the muscles and tendons in the neck. That would be considered a soft tissue case. That does not mean that your case is worth less or worth zero. It’s important that you talk to an attorney who’s experienced with soft tissue cases to discuss what your options are in your case.
