Community Involvement

  • House A Vet(www.houseavet.org) – provide affordable and sustainable housing for economically disadvantaged Veterans and their families so no Veteran in Martin or St. Lucie County wants for a safe place to sleep at night.
  • We Do Good(wedogood.org) – raises money to help Veterans, First Responders and the single parents that are left all too often alone after they lose a loved one.
  • Kiwanis Club of Stuart (kiwanisclubofstuart.org)
  • Stuart Main Street(www.stuartmainstreet.org/) – create and promote a positive downtown experience for residents, businesses, and visitors.
  • House of Hope(www.hohmartin.org) – provides food, clothing, furniture, financial assistance, information & referral, and life-changing case management services to Martin County residents in need.

  • Place of Hope(www.placeofhope.com) – focused on providing programs and services to end the cycles of abuse, neglect, homelessness and human trafficking.
  • Op300(op300.org) – hosts weekend-long adventure camps for children who have lost their parent as a result of military service, pairing each child with a father-aged, male mentor who spends the weekend doing things with the children they might have done with their parent.
  • Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast(childrensmuseumtc.org) – offer children and families a place to explore and learn through hands on activities, educational programs and cultural experiences.
  • 211 Helpline of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast(211palmbeach.org) – community helpline and crisis hotline that provides suicide prevention, crisis intervention, information, assessment, and referral to community services for people of all ages.
  • Saint Lucie County PAL(www.cityofpsl.com/government/departments/police/police-athletic-league-pal) – crime prevention organization provides youth ages 8 to 18 years, the opportunity to become involved in educational, cultural and sporting activities, in an effort to help them reach their full potential in life.
