Does an accident report have to be filled out at the time of the fall?

by Personal Injury

No, an accident report does not have to be filled out at the time of a slip or fall accident for you to bring a claim. I would prefer that you contact management and notify them that you were injured on their property so they can correct the situation, but it is not a limit that you cannot bring a claim without an accident report.
