Herold Ambroise Killed in Dump Truck Accident in West Palm Beach

The PalmBeachPost.com reports that Herold Ambroise was killed Saturday when a cement truck fell on him near the Palm Beach International Airport. He was 59 and a resident of Palm Beach Gardens.

Ambroise was a concrete contractor and also a pastor at the New Apostolic Church in Palm Beach Gardens.

Authorities say it is not known why the truck fell on its side, crushing Ambroise. OSHA will investigate the accident along with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The concrete truck belonged did not belong to Ambroise.

Accident investigations like this may take months. We can only hope the cause will be determined so that such an accident can never happen again. A wrongful death suit is sometimes warranted when the negligence of another results in a fatality.
