The PalmBeachPost.com reports that Joseph Emil Du Chateau, 86, was killed Friday evening in a two car crash near the intersection of Southwest Drive and Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach. Critically injured were Du Chateau’s passengers, his wife, Anita Du Chateau, 86, and 85 year old Robert James Blaint.

All three were in a Lincoln Town car driven by Du Chateau. It is that car that police say pulled out in front of a Chevrolet Blazer driven by On Thariwong, who was seriously injured. The injured were taken to Delray Beach Medical Center and to Bethesda Hospital East.

The cause of the crash is still being investigated. We will have more information here as it becomes available.
