Guadalupe Tolentino Killed In Heavy Equipment Accident on Bluefield Road in St. Lucie County

Port St.Lucie Fatal Accident LawyerThe Florida Highway Patrol reports that Guadalupe Monroy Tolentino, 30, of Okeechobee, was killed late this afternoon when the wheel loader he was driving plunged into a canal.

Tolentino was driving the wheel loader, a large piece of earth moving equipment, northbound on 10410 Bluefield Road west of Port St. Lucie in rural St. Lucie County. For unknown reasons the vehicle was driven beyond the edge of a canal. The wheel loader overturned in the water, becoming partially submerged.  Tolentino was pronounced dead at the scene.

A toxicology report is pending. The accident remains under investigation. We will have more information here when it becomes available.
