Alan Zipstein and Miguel Ramiro Die From Car Accident on South Jog Road in Delray Beach

Several different news agencies, including WPTV.com, are reporting that a multiple car crash in Delray Beach has left two dead and as many as eight others injured. The dead were Delray resident Alan J. Zipstein, 71, and San Miguel Ramiro of Boynton Beach. He was 52.

The accident occurred at Linton Boulevard and South Jog Road in Delray Beach. Ramiro was a pedestrian and Zipstein was the driver of a BMW convertible. The PalmBeachPost.com says that the collisions happended at 10:25 p.m. on Friday night. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported that Zipstein was driving the wrong way on Linton Boulevard when his vehicle hit three other cars near Jog Road.

The injured include Arthur Sezman, 76, of Boca Raton and Victor Goo, 60, of Delray Beach. Investigators are continuing to determine what happened in this multiple vehicle collision, however, they do say that drugs and alcohol are not suspected to have played a part.
